Yes—I’m Ready for Soul LeadHership

You’ve worked hard to get where you are. You lead teams. You manage deadlines.  You keep things together — at work and at home. You are considered a success by friends and colleagues alike. Your body and mind seem are full-throttle, but your spirit? It is exhausted.
Your success is supposed to make you happy, but instead you find something is missing. You have everything you need and want, but you feel empty. 

You are surrounded by people who work with you, who look up to you, who have expectations for you that you love to meet and challenge yourself to exceed.

Yet at the end of the day, you are lonely. 

You know all about self-care. You do all the things to take care of yourself: weekend get aways, spa trips, massages, pedicures. You take luxurious vacations, buy expensive bags and stunning heels. 

Yet the void cannot be filled.

You’ve tried to feed your spirit. You go to yoga. You try to meditate but can’t quite quiet your mind. You tried church, or maybe work with a shaman, healer, or guru. You have the best tarot card reader on the East Coast on speed dial or know a powerful witch who told you she would teach you the ways of magic and ways to break the spell of whatever this is that binds you. But each path has led to the same place. Money down the drain, disappointment, and not much has changed. You seem to be running in a circle.

Then there are those moments in the middle of the night, when you are asleep but awake in the in-between, and you can hear a voice, a whisper, from somewhere deep within yourself calling to you: don’t be afraid. Be still. I know how hard it is. Be still. Know, I know. Let go. Trust me.

When you wake, the echo of her voice remains, and it rattles you. You find it is amplified in all the things you continue to entertain, patterns you continue to follow, ideas that continue to keep you in place until finally one day, you you break. You surrender and in that moment, regardless of how brief it is, there She is. There you are, my child. Don’t be afraid. I know the way. 

And you ask, what is this?? What is happening? But there is only stillness.

In Soul LeadHership, empowerment is no longer an idea — it becomes your embodied, lived reality.

Soul LeadHership unfolds in three Parts, each with distinct Phases, now adapted for cohort learning and group integration.

PART I: Awakening, Unveiling, Excavating

  • Phase 1: Awakening — Identify what’s no longer serving you in leadership. Receive, face, feel the real, candid feedback from people you serve.

  • Phase 2: Unveiling — Identifying and discerning masks, patterns, writing, false self, and ego.

  • Phase 3: Excavation — Digging beneath the identified masks, patterns, and wiring to find the root cause.

PART II: Reckon and Rise: The Cornerstone of the Life-Long Practice of Walking the Way

  • Phase 4: Reckoning — Learning the process that develops the power of humility through awareness, accountability, healing, self-love, compassion and forgiveness of self and others.

  • Phase 5: Alchemy — Remembering the art and sacred practice of alchemy that will fully burn and dissolve old patterns and wiring. Intense and challenging. Requires full commitment and engagement.

  • Phase 6: Rest and Renewal — A period of deep soul rest and renewal. 

PART III: Integration and Embodiment

  • Phase 7: Emergence — A time of gentle re-entry into the world following transformation. You will feel like a new butterfly learning to fly. Gentleness and grace is the name of the game. Others will notice your inner work. You will recognize you see, feel, exist and engage differently in the world. First taste of freedom.

  • Phase 8: Apprenticeship — A period of immersive real-world practice of new soul-led ideas, patterns, and behaviors to establish soul-led leadership.

  • Phase 9: Established Presence and Influence — You will walk into rooms differently, shifting energy and magnetizing others to follow your path. This power is recognized and must be practiced with great responsibility. 
  • Phase 10: Leadership in Action — Lead with authentic authority, empathy, fearlessness, humility, compassion, and true alignment.

Each Part is supported by guided by Tammy Babinchak which can be 1:1 or in cohort sessions.

Soul LeadHership is a minimum 6-month experience designed to enable awareness, healing, transformation and integration in a safe and protected space alongside other powerful women leaders who desire to transform into soul-led leaders.

Cohort participants engage in regular live sessions and group coaching, with spacing that supports both introspection and practical implementation. You’ll benefit from a supportive community, accountability, and shared learning as you step into your next-level leadership.

Contribution: $3,000

Following Transformation, all participants will have the opportunity to join the Magdalene Center SoulLeadHership Membership for $20/month. This is our community of like-minded Soul Leaders around the world and a great place to network, sharpen and refine skills, and engage fellow leaders. Events and exciting experiences await!  

1:1, 12-month Soul LeadHership Experience: this is a private, 1:1 experience for VIPs, CEOs, and leaders who desire privacy and a more intimate, personalized 6-month experience.

Meet your guide

Hi, I’m Tammy Babinchak.

Founder and Spiritual Director of the Magdalene Center for Healing and Holistic Wellness.

I’ve spent decades in the corporate world before experiencing a mystical invitation and initiation to learning to Walk the Way of the Magdalene. I know the tension of carrying both the pressure of leadership and the longing for authenticity and this is why the Way is such a gift.
It is not a religious practice, but a practice of being human. One that teaches us how to heal the ego, allowing us to engage and meet the soul voice connected to Spirit within.  Application of this practice has taught me that we are all mystics! Better yet, we are all humans, beings who are inherently mystical, which we have forgotten, yet our messy and imperfect lives are the perfect soil for true transformation and remembering.  We magical and mystical humans are not to live as hermits and cloistered in convents, but to live loudly and fully, allowing Spirit to live through us--the Spirit who resides not in the next realm, but within us, whose essence desires to be breathed through us and is here to birth a new way forward.

 

Through Soul LeadHership, we will work together to bring these worlds together. My role is not to give you another checklist. It’s to guide you into a way of being where your voice, presence, and leadership rise from a deeper source.
